His vision is to shape Africa’s economy by developing a highly skillful and productive workforce.

Over the years, he has coached and mentored employees to develop high-income skills and core intelligence that made them valuable in the workplace and marketplace. He has also helped businesses develop a highly skillful and productive workforce for business profitability and sustainability. He has worked with several organisations as a Human Resources professional.

He is a member of Toastmasters International and the Charter President of the Corporate Speakers Toastmasters Club, Abuja.

Femi Joshua’s unflinching passion to raise selfless leaders and successful professionals who facilitate notable generational change birthed the establishment of FJGLOBAL Empowerment Initiative’ (FJGEI), a not-for-profit organization executing nation-building projects that have impacted thousands of young Nigerians by organizing Youth National summit in 2018 as well as visits to campuses and secondary schools for life coaching and entrepreneurship programs.

Olaniyi Soyinka

Olaniyi Soyinka, ‘The Success Catalyst’ as he is fondly called is a Life, Leadership & Business Coach, Trainer and Consultant. He is the Lead Strategist at BIGshot Consulting Ltd; a human resource development firm.

Olaniyi holds an MBA with specialty in Human Resource Management as well as an MPhil in Leadership and Strategic studies. He has several years of experience in the banking industry and has facilitated trainings for members of staff of Federal Capital Development Agency (FCDA), Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Keystone Bank on subjects that include customer service, performance management, leadership, sales and marketing, team building etc.
